Brady Goetz, PhD, is owner of Goetz Dairy Consulting, LLC.

He currently calls on dairies in the I-29 corridor and surrounding areas, providing comprehensive nutrition and management consulting built on his diverse background, commitment to relationships and desire to inspire change and grow leaders.

Brady’s deep passion for the dairy industry started when he became involved on his aunt and uncle’s dairy operation where he spent most of his summers growing up. After graduating from Northeast Iowa Community College with an Associate of Applied Science in Dairy Science and Technology, Brady spent three years working as a herdsman in eastern Iowa managing operations and employees while building a key network of industry connections. As a herdsman, he quickly learned how critical high-quality nutrition and feed management were in preventing issues and maximizing production. This led Brady to Iowa State University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Animal Science. He then joined Dr. Lance Baumgard’s lab to pursue his PhD focusing on how immune activation and various feed additives may influence cow health and production. Brady is a member of the American Dairy Science Association and American Registry of Professional Animal Scientists and was involved in the National Dairy Challenge as both a student and coach.

Brady and his wife, Taylor, currently reside in Sioux Falls, SD.
