Stephanie is the Business Development Director for GPS Dairy Consulting and will focus her time on expanding the GPS consulting team with individuals that fit the core values of the business. She will work with new consultants to help establish business goals and ensure a successful transition into the team. Additionally, Stephanie will play a key role in the development of new opportunities and services that would provide value for the GPS team and their clients.

Stephanie graduated from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls in 2005 with a Dairy Science degree and Chemistry minor. After college, Stephanie worked for a small agriculture research and development company, providing silage technical support across the U.S. Since 2012, Steph had been working with an animal nutrition company supporting regional distributors and spending time on farm to provide services focused on quality forages and rumen health. Most recently, she focused some of her time on coaching and mentoring new employees.

Currently, Stephanie resides outside of Randolph, WI with her husband, Josh, and their three boys, Cade, Mason and Zach. In her spare time, Stephanie dedicates time to running the Sunday School program at her church and is actively involved in several school and agricultural organizations.
