Our theme-based Herd Manager Retreat will provide a community of learning, an exchange of ideas and best practices amongst an elite group of peers. When we measure the culture of an operation, we gain valuable insight that can provide us with the needs that must be addressed to create and sustain a culture of excellence instead of a failed culture, or a culture simply left to chance. Measuring and improving the culture on the dairy can improve employee engagement, retention, productivity, company alignment, safety and adaptation to change.
