Please note that hotel reservations are separate from event registration. The deadline for GPS room block at the Kalahari Resort is January 9, 2024. Please click here (https://book.passkey.com/e/50682670) or call (877) 253-5466 and reference “GPS Dairy Herd Manager Retreat” to make your reservation.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The Kalahari now has a dedicated team that approves the “Letters of Authorization” forms. This is NEW and it is to help ensure validity prior to the attachment of the reservations prior to check-in. Per the policy at Kalahari Resorts, they do not accept completed Letters of Authorization forms to be submitted to them at the hotel check-in. These forms should be submitted no later than 7 days in advanced to them at dellscallcenterfax@kalahariresorts.com or fax them to 608-254-6116. It is highly suggested that the attendees/farm submit these forms at minimum two weeks in advanced prior to the hotel check-in so the Kalahari team can process them in a timely manner. Failure to follow this procedure may result in full room and tax charges to the attendees on their personal cards since the Front Desk will not accept these forms at check-in. For any questions at all, please visit their website, which explains our policies in full detail: https://www.kalahariresorts.com/wisconsin/help/faq/.
