Join us for an interactive workshop "Assessing Your Organization’s Culture" with Santiago. Creating a culture of excellence begins by assessing your dairies current culture. When we measure the culture of an operation, we gain valuable insight that can provide us with the needs that must be addressed to create and sustain a culture of excellence instead of a failed culture, or a culture simply left to chance. Measuring and improving the culture on the dairy can improve employee engagement, retention, productivity, company alignment, safety and adaptation to change. Cost for this session: $149 for the first person from each farm attending, and $99 for each additional person from the same farm. Please note that each attendee will need to register themselves for this pre-conference by filling out this registration form individually. GPS will bill each farm for the attendee(s) after the Retreat concludes.
